MEET WARREN STRYKER

In 1981 we provisioned our boat and sailed from San Francisco, enjoying all the beauty and adventure along the way. On discovering the northside of St. Thomas, we found home.

The beauty of the island, the surrounding waters, and the practicality of owning property in the U.S. was all we needed to start looking for that special “piece of the rock”!  While looking with my Realtor, he asked if I would like to get into the business.  I accepted, and have been a continuously licensed real estate professional on St. Thomas since 1983.  I especially enjoy finding that first island home or home-site for buyers and sharing my experiences building and going green.  This is the perfect place to enjoy water and energy self-sufficiency.  My home and office have enjoyed 100% self-sufficiency with solar for the last 15 years, and our cars are now on solar.  I look forward to sharing these avenues with you!
